Every Saturday at 8AM: Group stretching and walk. Weather permitting meet near Field House, Eisenhower park.

Note: Inclement weather--rain, cold, snow--many members keep on walking by going to the Broadway Mall. Meet near the escalators to the food court and movie house. Use benches near the GAP to leave your outerwear. (Best to leave older clothes just in case)

LONG ISLAND WALKERS MONTHLY MEETING: First Saturday of each month, immediately after workout at the diner. Participate in the planning and operation of your club.
